SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are the shipping times and costs?
Delivery in Italy takes an average of 24/72 business hours. Shipping is free for orders over €60; for lower amounts, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
How is wine protected during transport?
We use only certified high-resistance packaging, designed to protect the bottles from shocks and temperature fluctuations, ensuring that the product arrives intact and in perfect storage conditions.
Can I track the status of my order?
Certainly. As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automatic email containing the tracking code to follow your shipment in real-time until delivery.
Do you also ship abroad?
Currently, our online store is set up for shipments throughout the national territory. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly via email at vini@colacino.it for a personalized quote.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Bank Transfer. In case of bank transfer, the order will be processed upon actual crediting.
Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been placed?
You can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet been handed over to the courier. We recommend that you write to us promptly at vini@colacino.it or contact us by phone to check the shipping status.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on the website?
Yes, security is our priority. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and encrypted payment gateways to ensure maximum protection and confidentiality of your financial data.
RETURNS AND SUPPORT
What should I do if I receive a damaged bottle?
If the package appears visibly damaged, sign for the delivery with "Specific Reserve". In any case, take a photo of the damage and contact us within 48 hours at vini@colacino.it: we will immediately arrange for replacement or refund.
What should I do if the wine is corked?
In case of organoleptic defect, keep the bottle with at least 3/4 of the content and its original cap. Report the issue to us via email, indicating the order number: after checking the batch, we will issue a refund or a discount code.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Products must be returned intact, sealed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
WINE INFO AND STORAGE
How should Colacino wines be stored?
To preserve the characteristics of our wines, we recommend storing the bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct light, preferably in a horizontal position and at a constant temperature.
What are the main characteristics of Savuto DOC?
Our Savuto DOC is the authentic expression of native grape varieties such as Arvino and Greco Nero. It stands out for its elegant structure, distinct minerality, and complex aromatic profile, a result of the unique terroir between sea and mountains.
