What are the shipping times and costs?

Delivery in Italy generally takes 24/72 business hours. Shipping costs are not fixed, but are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.

What should I do if I receive a damaged bottle?

If the package is wet or damaged, accept the delivery by signing with "Specific reservation" on the courier's delivery note. Contact us within 48 hours at vini@colacino.it attaching a photo of the damage to proceed with the replacement.

How should I proceed if the wine is corked?

In case of an obvious organoleptic defect, keep the bottle with at least 3/4 of its content and its original cork. Write to us at vini@colacino.it: we will check the batch and issue a refund or a discount code.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow every step of the shipment in real-time until delivery.
