Type: Red Wine - Unoaked
Color: Intense red with evident purplish hues
Grapes: Arvino, Greco Nero, Magliocco.
Flavor: Soft with an intense expression of fresh fruit that persists, giving typically Mediterranean spicy notes
Food pairing: Wine that accompanies first courses and white meats. Surprisingly good with game sauces and grilled meat.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested around early October; after careful hand-selection by our expert harvesters, they are softly crushed and left to ferment in horizontal macerators at a controlled temperature for a period ranging from eight to ten days. Maceration includes both pumping over and punching down for accurate extraction of the noble components of the grape.
Aging: After bottling, it rests for ninety days in the bottle.
Alcohol: from 13° to 13.5°
Production area: Marzi (CS)
Altitude: between 450 m and 500 m above sea level.
