Aroma: A very broad aromatic spectrum with fresh flowers and fruit dancing in harmony
Taste: Pleasant and persistent, seducing the palate with softness and an inviting, fresh acidic note.
Serving temperature: Excellent at 13°C
Food pairing: Appetizers and dishes based on fish and shellfish, medium-aged cheeses and white meats. Also enjoyable outside of meals for fresh aperitifs.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested around the first or second decade of September. After careful manual selection by our master harvesters, they are softly pressed, followed by cold static decantation of the must and elimination of coarse lees.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with daily temperature control to impart freshness and a decisive character.
Aging: After bottling, it rests for sixty days in the bottle.
